R'Cabbage

Over the years we've found that certain ingredients have got harder and harder to source - Bilberries almost disappeared a few years ago, then there was the famous lard shortage, now there's an issue with getting good crisp red cabbage with vinegar that really tastes like vinegar. So we've started making r'own. Our own brand red cabbage has been used with our pies for the past two months and customers have really noticed the difference - some have even asked if they could buy it. So here's to R'Cabbage!
